Freight Forwarder

Feel free to nominate any forwarding agent of your choice for the transportation of the exhibition goods to and from the exhibition grounds. We recommend using the official distributor for the SEPAWA CONGRESS.

For insurance reasons, for on-site handling we have contracted a forwarding agent who exercises the sole lifting rights on the exhibition grounds. The provision of fork lift trucks and personnel is exclusively reserved to this forwarding agent. This means that the supply of personnel and equipment may only be booked through this agent.

Important information:
This address is for deliveries prior to the official start of the congress as well as for collections and returned goods. Goods can be delivered/collected during the following times:

October 07-11, 2024 09:00-16:00
October 21-22, 2024 09:00-16:00 (pick-up)


A written notification (e.g. using order form B1) must be received by email or fax for the respective shipment no later than 3 days before arrival of the shipment.

The shipment label must contain the following information:

Advance deliveries to the Estrel Congress Center are not possible!


General cargo

Goods acceptance/goods issue at warehouse (Bernau), warehousing (temporary storage due to transportation conditions) as well as transport and delivery to and from exhibition booth.

up to 500 kg €85 for each 100 kg/journey begun
up to 1,000 kg €75 for each 100 kg/journey begun
over 1,000 kg on request

Important information:
1 cbm corresponds to 300 kg of chargeable weight.
Minimum charge 300 kg.

Empties and Full Goods Handling

Empties handling €79/packaging item and cbm begun
Full goods handling €84/packaging item and cbm begun
Lift truck aid €30/packaging item exceeding 2cbm

Minimum charge: 2 cbm

Provision of Personnel and Equipment

Forklift truck (up to 3 t incl. driver) €165/hour plus €85 transportation costs
Lift truck €25/hour
Transport worker €59/hour

Customs Clearances

Our freight forwarder is happy to take care of customs clearances for you.
Prices are available upon request.

Surcharges and Ancillary Costs

Upper floor surcharge 20% / Overtime surcharge from 8 P.M. 50%.
Service charge incl. proportional costs for forwarding insurance €70/order

Payment Options

After receipt of the completed order form, the following payment options are available to you:


  • by invoice (with payment due no later than 2 weeks after receipt of invoice)
  • payment in advance
  • cash payment in Euros on site

If your order/PO numbers are necessary for our invoicing, these are to be sent to us on or with the order form!

After the event/after billing, no more supplier forms will be processed, or other information transmitted!
